Dan Juran
A New Orleans native and Amherst College graduate, Dan has managed Framtiden Holdings LP since 2019, in addition to Framtiden LP and First Framtiden LP since 1999.
Chris Anderson
A Chicago native and Amherst College graduate, Chris has managed Framtiden Holdings LP since 2019. Previously, he worked at Sansome Partners, McKinsey & Company, and as a Chicago Public School teacher with Teach for America.
Our Name
Framtiden means “the future” in Swedish.
Dan adopted the name in 1999 to honor his maternal grandmother, Dagny Gunilla Margareta Petersson Johansson, a proud Swede and the business whiz of his family. We carried it forward to reflect our shared Swedish heritage and respect for history, adding “Holdings” to emphasize our business owner mentality.
